RBE970 / RBE971 Firmware Version 12.1.8.7
So I have updated the RBE971 successfully but the Rbe970 satellites firmware fails, anybody else having this issue is the server down ?

Ok I have downgraded back to what you sent me thanks.
How did you the downgrade?
FW files are needed to downgrade.
Does your system need downgrading?
What region are you located?

Ok sounds good. You can use that in mean time.
Will make sure NG posts next update correctly when they get ready for the 970 series. Think one hand didn't hand shake with the other correctly.
Did you update the RBS first? They need to be upated first, always.
You trying to update OTA or manually? Manually is recommneded for this:

I presume you are in the NA region?
Yes I am in the correct region, I did the update of the satellite first and it fail I tried the main satellite and that seem to work. so now the main router has the latest firmware while the satellites have the previous. not even sure what to do now.
Never mind.
FYI, NG is pulling this version of FW. Seems this wasn't supposed to be released yet.
So you have the RBS at v9 still and the RBR at v12? Let me know. We need to get you back to v9 FW.
