RBE971 iphone is keep disconnecting and room 15ft away no connection
I don't know what's going on but I had orbi 6e mash and never had any problems before
Room next to other room where is router connected, my phone is not working with wifi
Usually few times a day randomly disconnects
I have 2200 sqft
Router on 2nd floor connected to 10gb ethernet
1 st floor satellite around 30-40 ft away
Firmware VersionV9.12.3.3

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
What model iPhone do you have?
What iOS is loaded on it?
If the iPhone is a later model with 6Ghz support, try disabling 6Ghz feature on the phone and check for this problem...
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any updates on this?

I understand that you are having intermittent network disconnects on your RBE971 with firmware v9.12.3.3.
Please download and install the most recent firmware version 9.12.4.16 to resolve this issue.

Community Team- I do not understand my firmware update on my router is up to date.When I'm checking on Orbi app no new firmware available
Do I need to manually download and install?
If yes should it be done thru website?
Admin login?NG may not have it up on there AU services. So you'll need to manually install the FW. RBS first, RBR lastly thru there web pages. Also if your in the EU region, do not attempt to load this version of FW.

- Just to let you know ir doesn't seems like there was big improvement
Still wifi works weird in a room that is next to the router
When I'm downstairs it works way better when I away from router that in that room that next to the router
Network restarts randomly sometimes without any reason just dropping connections and restarts
Not sure what is going on but never had this issue with 6E previous router before upgrade
Speed is better yes on this router but overall it doesn't work better than 6E version before
Maybe in future it will work better maybe newer update will come out and fix it
