Check on the app on the top left corner line menu then down to My Subscriptions. Is SPC listed there?
Check Settings/Security and see if it's enabled there?
There is a newer Orbi app update as well: New Orbi App Versions and Updates | NETGEAR Communities
That FW version doesn't seem correct. Can you confirm this version?

Hello chaituphani ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are unable to see the SPC tile on your Orbi app. Please ensure that you are using the same email address for my.netgear.com as you are with your Orbi app. Then verify that NETGEAR SPC is enabled on your device to achieve this you will need to use a computer.
Please follow to instructions below to verify your NETGEAR SPC subscription:
To verify that NETGEAR SPC is active on your router please do the following:
- Launch a web browser on a computer that is connected to your Orbi router’s WiFi network.
- Visit www.orbilogin.net.
- Enter the default user name and password.
The default user name is admin. The default password is password. (The BASIC page will be displayed on initial login). - Select ADVANCED > Security > Parental Controls.
- Click UPGRADE TO NETGEAR SPC at the bottom of the page.
- Select OK. (Please wait for your router to reboot.)
After you enable NETGEAR SPC through your web browser, the Parental Controls page no longer displays in your router's web interface. Use the Orbi app to manage parental controls settings and access NETGEAR SPC.
If you do not have an active subscription, please follow the instructions below to purchase one using your Orbi app:
To purchase a NETGEAR SPC subscription:
- Launch the Orbi app.
- Tap the home icon on the top left of your screen.
- Tap ADD ONS.
- Tap Parental Controls.
- Tap Buy Now > See Pricing.
- Choose a subscription plan and tap Get Started.
- Provide the required payment information.
- Tap the confirmation button at the bottom of your screen to confirm your purchase.
NETGEAR SPC is active on your router.
Best,
Kevin

The download you mentioned above is for RBK352 whereas I have RBR350

FYI, the RBR350 is included the the RBK or Kit that has the RBR350 and a RBS350. Same FW versions for for the RBR or the RBK Kit versions.

Is the RBR a retail unit or did you get it from an ISP by chance?

I received it from ISP.
I will try downloading the rbk version and let you know

Parental Controls were developed because the features in WiFi routers (such as Block Sites) no longer "do the job". My experiments showed that Block Sites works only with web sites that are http (not https) and thus are ineffective in today's world.
Congratulations on having an ISP that will respond. Most say, "your router. not my problem."
The question posed by FURRYe38 is significant. If the Orbi came from an authorized Netgear reseller, it should run the stock firmware. In some cases over the years, ISPs have provided Netgear WiFi routers and installed their own firmware. Customers were frustrated when the ISP never released firmware updates and the stock Netgear firmware would not install.
How did you get this Orbi system?
