Thanks for reporting this issue to us!have you tried to reinstall .NET framework and ReadyCLOUD client?I've also reported this issue to the engineering,will get back to you if I recieved response.

The error means your ReadyCLOUD client can not download new installer from readycloud server,ReadyCLOUD engineering added new error handling in ReadyCLOUD client for this issue and they will release new version in the near feature.
can you please do something on your Windows computer to see if it can fix the issue?

After the new update I am receiving the same error. Very frustrated with Netgear right now. After firmware update, PLEX server is not working and now this!!!

Thanks for reporting issue!we've already confirmed both of issues,please wait for new ReadyCLOUD client official release,which include new fix.
as to Plex app not working issue,Plex engineering will also release a new version in the near future,you will see the new Plex app in Apps page at that time

Following the "new software "message I also installed the new versions... and now have the same issue.
How long do you think before a fix .... and where can I get the previuos version (1.12 ?) so I can uninstall v1.13 ?

I am having the same discrepancy with my desktop Dell computer hooked to my NAS at home. The discrepancy does not appear on my laptops.
IPv4 DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Temporarily turned off my firewall. Discrepancy still apparent. Would appreciate notification when there is a solution.

I filed a bug for this last week when I upgraded ReadyCLOUD and saw this error. Still waiting for a fix from the developers. Stay tuned.

ok here is what I did.... Found the ip adress the nas unit is on ...two with this unit . type ip address into browser log in ..clicked on network tap ,clicked on gear icon ,chose settings ,,clicked on IPv4 tab,clicked on dns servers + icon,window opens new dns ip address this is where I put in 8.8.8.8 clicked add .Did again for the 8.8.4.4 clicked add... this worked for me ...dont know if I can get it at work yet...I will let you know ...

I just tested v1.14 and I couldn't reproduce this problem. I'll try and see if there is an ETA on releasing this client.
