If you want to access NAS on ReadyCLOUD client in LAN network, please make sure upnp service is enabled.
if you wan to access NAS share in Wan network, please make sure Leaf network interface of your Windows has obtained IP address from ReadyCLOUD server correctly, you can check its status at Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter Setting>Leaf Networks Adapter>Details, the correct IP should be 5.*.*.*.
Btw,have you installed firewall application on Windows?

Look on the cloud page of the NAS web ui, and see what status it shows for internet access and the readycloud service.
