rn104 cant access after firmware update
Hi Folks
Would appreciate some help. I recently tried to access my RN104 NAS box using ReadyCloud through Edge browser. It prompted me to upgrade my firmware. When I did this it sucessfully downloaded the firmware and proceeded to upgrade and then an error occured and asked me to try again. The problem is that neither ReadyCloud nor Windows explorer can find the NAS box. I've rebooted the NAS box (ie powered down gracefully) but still no luck.
I'm using Windows 10
I have not idea what to try next. Any advice would be most appreciated

This is not that uncommon for only connecting via hostname to work on one Windows system and for only connecting via I.P. to work on another. Sometimes when there is a Windows update it may break access via one method and fix it for the other.

Does the NAS show up in RAIDar? If so, what do you see?
Can you download the logs using RAIDar and send them to me (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Yes the NAS can be found on RAIDar and its now visible in Explorer. However when I try to get the logs or any other action in RAIDar I get a message that the NAS is not accessible from this compputer. Also when I try to access from Explorer it tells me it "can not access NASBox" and running diagnotics doesn't achieve anything
Also havent been able to access the NAS from any of the other computers on the home network for sometime
Does accessing the NAS web ui directly from edge work? ( https://nas-ip-address/admin ), where nas-ip-address is a placeholder for the actual IP address.
