Hello wayne21,
How about getting to web browser and type http:// followed by the NAS IP address that shows up on the RAIDar? This should prompt you for a login, use admin for username and the password you have set for the NAS which is by default is password.

HI,
I am able to access the NAS Drive by using the IP address but would like for my son to access the drive to store his university files on it remotely by using the ReadyCLOUD software.
RAIDar easily sees the driv e on the network, but I would like to set it up so it is a little more easier to use.
Regards.
