Unable to discover 104
I have a 104 and it has just updated to 6.4.2 and now I am unable to connect to it via the readycloud portal or via the iOS app. I know lots of people have had the same issues but nothing has worked for me. I've notice that both the serial number and MAC addresses have changed. Thanks in advance.

Cprice83 I have fixed the serial number and MAC addresses on this system. They should both be showing correct now.
This system should be able to connect to ReadyCLOUD again now.

Hi, is this also affecting SMB connection under windows? I cannot find the NAS in the Network (=Windows searching network in windows explorer) and I have to directly access with using the IP of the NAS to get onto the network drive with SMB and it takes for ages until I can put my credentials in.
