Unable to Discover Device

I am attempting to connect to my NAS using the Ready CLOUD (RC), however the device cannot be discovered. I have tried the serial number to no avail. RAIDar sees the NAS without an issue.   I am us...

    The problem seemed to have existed in the RNAS Cloud Settings as the Proxy Server Box was ticked. All is working fine now. Thanks for all of your assistance to who guided me in this issue. Happy Christmas.
