I/O Error while Uploading

Trying to Create a New Album, Created and named the Album OK. Browsed to a folder on my PC and selected all the pictures within. Clicked on the Upload button and got this message up," Internal Error! Please login again and report:[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"] " any ideas anyone ?
