Remote Upload Internal Error
I can upload photos no problem, but my family is unable to. When they try they get an "Internal Error" message. Can anyone help, or even give an idea how to trouble shoot? Thanks for your time, ...

We tried to re-produce in our lab, but cannot see the problem.
The error message posted here is from Flash player, and indicating network communication error.
Can you check Flash Player version? You can check by "right-click" on PhotosII main page (not login page), and select "About Flash Player".
Our test system use following version.
OSX/Safai: Flash Version 10.2.152.33
Win7/Firefox6: Flash Version 10.2.183.7
