#18312455 - Ultra 4 Plus, disc dead but yet its not...
I am constantly fighting my Ultra 4 Plus. At least every two weeks I get an alert that one of the discs is dead (it is always random which disc it is). I have all 4 bays full with the same Seagate Bar...
I normally use 4.2.19, which is where most of the false dead drives occurred. I am now on 4.2.20-T42 and also had one happen on here. I do not use the disk spin down.
I have not used SeaTools because I do not have a desktop computer that I can attached the drive to.
