Can not check for update

"Check for update" doesn't work. I have clicked on it many times and waited overnight but nothing happens. I got an email with the directions and that I needed to update but no luck. :oops:

    What version of RAIDiator and what web browser are you using?

    Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

    Have you checked that your settings under Network in Frontview are correct? Particularly you should check the DNS and Gateway settings.
