What do you see for the Volume under Volumes in the Dashboard?

So you now have two 3TB drives installed?

In the Dashboard under volumes it shows data=836.91 GB 88.83 GB Free, but the picture shows a 3 TB drive. I currently have the one 3 TB drive installed, it's working fine, but the size.

You would need to insert a second 3TB drive to expand your volume. Or to backup your data and do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything).

I have had both drives installed and still have only 1 TB , do I have to do a factory reset to get the full 3 TB?

When you insert a second 3TB disk it should do a sync (this would take several hours) then after that completes your volume should expand.

Backing up your data, doing a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restoring from backup would of course be an option.

If you download your logs, what does initrd.log look like?

What I meant was the initrd.log file in the logs zip file downloaded when you click on the Download Logs button on that page.
