Ethernet 1 connecting at 100Mbit only.
After a power cycle on a PRO Business eth0 will only connect at 100Mbit. Swapped cables, inspected and cleaned socket but no go.
The NAS is connected to a GS108T switch.
Log for eth0 after a reconnection shows this:
Would the "2 pair Downshift" be a configurable parameter? If so, how to reset to 1000Mbit?
Thanks in advance.

- I should've explained the pic.
This is the only pic I found of the inside of a Pro. It's from a netgear "Service Action for ReadyNAS Pro CPU fan speed control" http://www.readynas.com/?p=1912. Very misleading, sorry.
I have in replaced the pic with the appropriate comments for this fix.
Cheers. - orGSD1AspirantThank you again.
I figured out the instructions based on the text, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
Regrettably my results were not the same as yours, my problem persists. eth1 works perfectly in 1Gbit, eth0 still falls back to 100Mbit. Changing cables, switches, everything, yields the same results.
I will note one thing that I ran across in the disassembly process, the three studs on mine were inserted very firmly in the IO board. They are narrowed at the end and fit in the recess/holes of the IO board. It being very tight made it difficult to remove, but it did come out none of the less, I just had to be very careful. In the past studs I have dealt with butted against the surface and did not embed themselves so this caught me a little of guard. Just pointing it out for the next person who comes along.
Cheers,
orGSD - rysiorAspirantCheck UTP cable! Some brands provide cheap cable with 4 wires inside (look at RJ45 connector). For gigabit you need 8 wires inside CAT 5e or CAT 6 for longer distance. Check your PC network card and router- it have to be gigabit as well
