Having problem moving folders to ReadyNAZ 214

Can some tell me how do I reach tech support for a ReadyNAZ 214?  Made the purchase in June 2018  so I'm still under warranty but the Naz is not showing up under my account.  When I try to re-register it tells me the device is already registered.  As a result it wont allow me to reach them.    Im having a problem  moving folders over and sharing files that prompted me to try to reach them. This is so frustrating.  

 

Any help would  be appreciated!

    You may try reaching support on this link: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. You can also PM me the serial number of the NAS so we can check the device registration.

     

    May I also know the exact issue that you have on the NAS? Maybe we can assist you here on the Community.
