How do I reset username and password no data is stored firmware is 6.02

Hi a4rover,
You can do an OS re-install to reset the admin password back to default settings. You may check this article for the steps on how to access the boot menu and select OS re-install.
Note: The default admin credential of the RN424 is admin for the username and password for the password.
