Checked the Disks with a SEagate utility and they are all fine.
After shutdown, the PSU was at 11v with no load and below 9v at power up, obviously the disks would / could not spin up.
The NAS boots up and disk spin after replacing the PSU.

Is there any chance of recovering the Volume?

  • Just for clarification:  You never actually removed/re-installed any drives, correct?  All those events are apparently from drives being underpowered.

At what point did you replace the power supply?

      1. Disks were not removed at all
      2. the only explanation of the disk removal events are form low power
      3. PSU was replaced an hr or so before the post, 15hrs after this:

Get the full log zip (if you haven't already).  If you want me to take a look, then upload it into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and send me a private message (PM) with a link using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.

Best not to post the link in a public forum, as there is some privacy leakage when you do that.

Possibly, but no way to tell at this point.

Please answer Sandshark's questions, and also download the full log zip file from the logs page of the web ui,
