readynas 312 unable to access admin through raidar or readycloud

ReadyNas 31200, FW V6.4.1

Firmware: 6.10.2

Hi guys, I hope someone can please help, would really appreciate it.

Unable to access admin.

I have searched the forum and found the "normal" procedures to follow to access admin, OS reinstall (access via factory admin/password), check IP address conflicts, via Raidar...................................

1. Raidar can see the NAS, "admin page"  cannot access the admin page or logs, can browse through file explorer.

Raidar shows status healthy and both drives have a tick. FW 6.10.2.

2. Can't establish a connection to the NAS via IP address or Mac, Both the devices are on the same network, IP address 192.168.xxx.xxx,

3. Readycloud can access files, unable to access admin.

4. File explorer can access files.

I have completed a OS re install.

I have tried factory login "admin, password" after re install.

I'm running out of options,

Thanks so much for any help,

Sharryn

Your data is obviously at risk, so the first step is to back it up while you still have access.

After that, one option is to try paid support via my.netgear.com.  Ask for per-incident support.

The other option is to do a factory reset, reconfigure the NAS, and then restore the data from your backup.
