ReadyNAS and Cloud not acting consistently

Hello.  I am running a ReadyNAS 100.

It seems to appear on the network, but configuring things seems a bit inconsistent.

For example, I've added my name to be an account.

But, when I attempt to add a user to ReadyCloud, it prevents me from doing so saying:

This email address is already registered.

Then, I create a NEW ReadyCloud user, but the system does not have them on the user list.

What am I missing here?

      Thank you.

      I'm still having problems.

I'm following the Netgear instructions, but the system is not behaving (at all) in the way that Netgear is saying it should be working.

I am currently getting the following message:

"Currently you have no registered or shared devices.

Go to Discover page to register your ReadyNAS device, or if you have a router with ReadyCLOUD support, browse http://routerlogin.net, go to ADVANCED>USB Functions>ReadyShare Storage>REadyCLOUD to register your router."

I click on http://routerlogin.net, and get the following message:

      Safari Can't find the Server

I only have the Netgear NAS device, so I am confused as to manage, create and endit ReadyCLOUD users, etc.

      What am I missing?

        Hi LanceWright,

Could you tell us if you have green check marks for both internet and services under the Cloud tab (in the local admin page)? Also, tell us if you were able to create a ReadyCLOUD account. If yes, send me a PM together with the username or the e-mail address that you've used.

Looking forward to hear your response.

        Kind regards,
