ReadyNAS Password re-set failure
Hi
I have gone to the https://<readyNAS-URL>/password_recovery/
I added the correct URL for the device
I put in the correct email address
I answered the security question
this was accepted and I was told a new password had been sent/emailed
This email was not received (yes I checked the spam/junk folders)
Help please ...

Welcome to the Community!
I would assume that you have setup the correct Recovery Email address when you have enabled password recovery.
If you have entered the same email address it should have been sent to that Email. How long was it when you tried to recover? Have you tried using a different browser when doing the recovery?
If you did tried it several times already, I think the best advise would be to perform OS-Reinstall on the NV+. See Accessing NV+ Boot menu
