Videos folder problem

What method is the TV using to access the NAS?  ReadyDLNA?  Plex?  It sounds like you need to run a database update on whichever it is.  I don't run either, but somebody else is sure to know how to accomplish that if you post which you use.

when i log into the ReadyNAS 104 with my mac via network or webbrowers everything seems fine, deleted folder are gone and hidden files are there, no problem.

 

Please can anyone help me becuase this issue is driving me crazy. it looks like i sync issue but i can't sort it out.
