You have a NV+ (v1). Please have a read of How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2
The NV+ v2 went on sale beginning Nov 13, 2011.
The RND4000v3 sticker, production date, firmware version etc. all indicate that you have the NV+ (v1).
