No confirmation mail when signing up for ReadyNAS photos

Can you send me the readynasphotos id you have signed up for ?

Have you checked if the confirmation email is gone into your Spam folder ?

I have the same issue. I see thta people here are resolving their issue, but no one is posting what was done to correct it.

I am new to the readynas duo and tried to setup readynas photos. I am not getting the activation email...even though im using the same email address ive just registered with and recieved an activation email...go figure

On successful installation of ReadyNAS Photo, you get two mails with following subject line:

- Confirmation: ReadyNAS Photos Signup : A link to complete your registration
- Getting started with ReadyNAS Photos : User details on your successful ReadyNAS Photos signup.

We understand that you have completed the above registration process and also got the user details. Now you are ready to login into the ReadyNAS photo application.

Tell us if our understanding differs from the scenario at your end and detail us on the scenario further.

I also registered successfully for ReadyNasPhoto yesterday; but have not yet received confirmation email. I think I have to click a link in confirmation-email to verify my account.

I have tried re-registering but get a message: "my email is already in system" or something like that.
