No confirmation mail when signing up for ReadyNAS photos

is there a MOD on this thread? does anyone from Netgear monitor this message board?

Hello All,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Confirmation email was not getting delivered to users who registered between 20th May to 24th May as the ReadyNAS mail server went down during this period.

We took a note of this and the problem has been fixed now, shortly all the registered users will be getting the confirmation email.

I have also tried to register an account (in fact several times) and have never recieved a confirmation email.

I have tried to create a photo account on 5/26 and 5/27 different account different email. I have not received my conformation email either.

From Holland: Today tried 2 times with different accounts. No conformationmail reply received. Please help.

Any further updates on this? I have still not had the email.

I use the basic Fastmail service, which does not include any SPAM filters at all.
