Replicate not working error -50 . Services Offline in Cloud tab on source unit.

I am trying to get an offsite backup for our NAS to an offsite location but am having serious issues. Source NAS is a ReadyNas 314 running latetst firmware 6.5.1 and the ofdfsite unit is a ReadyNas 202 running the same firmware. Both units can be seen within readycloud and I cna browse both units remotely without any issue. Both units are seen in Replicate login as well and can see folder structure on both. it WILL NOT backup at all regardless of what I do. I have reset readycloud and replicate on both units several times but still get this in the replicate report. Kind of tearing my hair out now so anyhting at all would be great as I am going bleary eyed checkign through all options I cna find online and getting nowhere. Help, please....

    Hi coreyleap,

    Welcome to the community!

It is likely that your Source ReadyNAS is not connecting to the internet properly or maybe both of them. Have DNS 8.8.8.8 added in both NAS units and if this won't fix the problem, consider setting up port forwarding using the port 6XXX under the ReadyCLOUD->Settings page.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
