APC Powerchute and ReadyNAS Duo
Hi All,
Ive done some searching and havent really found anything that seemed to help. I have a ReadyNAS duo working faithfully away and recently discovered the old cheapie UPS had deceased. I have a new APC one and would like to get the readynas to work with it.
Looking on the software for the readynas i can see monitoring of a UPS but by IP address... Am i missing something or will these two things just not work together?!
Any clues very much appreciated.
thanks,
Ian

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserAll you should have to do is connect the USB port of the UPS to the Duo. You don't actually need powerchute at all.

OH ok - thank you - how do i know what IP address to put in the field in the Duo software or does it do that by itself?! - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserThere is no IP address when the UPS is connected to the duo via USB.
