Can not access the admin page any more after Update to 6.9.3
Hello,
I updated my RN104 to the latest firmware (6.9.3) and sadly since then I am not able to access the admin page! :-(
All shares are working fine and the system is running.
But now I have to add some additional users...and can't!
Stupidly I have SSH not enabled.
Is there any other way to gain control or do I really have to RESET the whole system?
Please help!

If you're comfortable with SSH and have that enabled you can try
# cd /apps/.freeapps # rm -r wordpress/

thanks for your quick reply!
Clearing the cache or incognito mode did not fix the problem!
The NAS is in company environment; we must not give internet access to this NAS.
Is there any other way to get the fix?

i seem to be having same problem HELP im new to all this with nas i have done all the firmware updates to 6.9.3 and now cant get into the admin page i have been reading some of the posts and have turnd off add blockers deleted all history,cookies ect, and have tryed in chrome and firefox ,the server has a static ip , im not a i.t. tec so im lost now any help please for someone who is not a wiz

Maybe try an OS Re-install then. See the ReadyNAS & ReadyDATA: Boot Menu

thank you i have done 3 facotry resets and finaly goto the wizard and in system , once again thank you for your time :smileyhappy:
