Cannot view system data files in ReadyNAS 104

Hi, everyone!

I'm having the above mentioned problem, and I've looked everywhere for a solution. However, none of the replies in similar threads seem to apply to me.

I'm running Windows 7 on my PC and ReadyNAS 6.1.6 on my NAS. What I'm trying to do is to access the NAS' system files (root directory), because I'm having some problems with the Plex Media Server application (which generates a log file that's supposed to be located in /c/.plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs). Regardless, though, access would be nice.

When I enter "\\nasIP\c" or "\\nasIP\data" in the Run prompt in Windows, as I've seen suggested other places, I get nothing ("The network path was not found"). When I enter \\nasIP and log in as admin (I've changed the password from default), I get my shares and home folders, but no system files. I can't find any way to access them via the http admin panel either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
