Help with drive failure
Hi,
I had a power supply failure on my ReadyNAS NV+ (I'm now on my third power supply). In the process, I apparently lost one of my disks. My raid array is not coming up. Would some kind soul be willing to parse my dmesg output and see if there is anything I might try to get my data back? Thanks in anticipation!

Looks from that like disk 1 is on the way out as well.
Also I wonder if either the USB disk is full. If it isn't perhaps it wasn't mounted at some point and the root partition filled up though the root partition isn't full now. - You are right, I was not using the correct nomenclature. Disks 0, 2 and 3 are fine. Disk 1 was the one that was having problems and is not excluded from the array. Yes, my USB disk was full, and I missed some backups prior to the power supply failure. At least I do have some data.

I do know that sometimes disks are referred to as 1, 2, 3, 4 and others as 0, 1, 2, 3. Disk 1 (or 0) would be /dev/hdc and I'm interested to see what the SMART output for that disk is.
It's /dev/hdc not /dev/htc
