Netgear NAS RN31400 - stuck at NETGEAR Storage Welcome_
Hi there
i have a RN31400 which has worked beautifully for 18 months. We have a disruption in our ADSL service and since it has been restored i cannot find my NAS on my Windows Explorer. Upon checking my NAS I can see that it is not getting past the "NETGEAR Storage Welcome_" screen. I have powereed on and off and tried to get a Boot Screen but all i can get is the Welcome message and a flashing power light.
Suggestions welcomed...!
If you purchase new between June 1, 2014 and May 31, 2016 you have lifetime support (chat or email). I think you should use it in this case.

not sure if the disconnection caused it but the timing was similar. It was a week or so after that i noticed it...

Likely coincidental (unless there were power surges or other similar stuff when the disconnection occurred). Let us know how the RMA works out.
