First make sure a copy of the add-on is on the NAS. For simplicity let us assume you put them in the root of the "backup" share (you can put them wherever you like).
In the below replace PHP_ADDON.bin with the name of the bin file

# mkdir /tmp/PHP5123
# cd /tmp/PHP5123
# cp /backup/PHP*.bin ./
# tail -c `head -n 1 PHP_ADDON.bin | awk -Fsize= '{print $2}' | cut -d, -f1` PHP_ADDON.bin | tar -xv
# sh install.sh
# /usr/sbin/apache-ssl -f /etc/frontview/apache/httpd.conf -t && /usr/sbin/apache-ssl -f /etc/frontview/apache/httpd.conf -k graceful
