Partion create failed after factory reset
I have forgotten the username and password to log onto my NVX, it is not the default values, so i was looking to factory reset the device.
When i run through the steps to do this, the device fails when trying to create the partitions so doesnt fully reset and leaves the old passwords etc in place.
Can anyone suggest how to get past this?

- Have you tried an OS Re-install?
This resets the admin password but leaves the data intact.
Welcome to the forum! - I haven't how would i go about doing that?
- Same way you'd do a factory default except when you access the boot menu you hit the backup button till you see the OS Re-install option then hit the reset button again. See http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu#nvx_nvx_pioneer_edition
