ReadyNAS 102 does not work online, mail and updates
good day :D
I have a ReadyNAS 102, I have a problem with the device from the 6.2.0 update, do not send me e-mails, it does not verify the update. New version 6.2.2 I had to upload manually, because the device was not a newer version of the software.
After the software update 6.2.0, I had to make the OS reinstall because something went wrong and the browser could not see all the features of the device, most likely after the operation ceased to go out emails, email configuration is correct because I checked, but I do not see why a device upgrade, as if had a problem with the internet.
Please help, thank you in advance. :)

- RXLuminaryHave you tried sending yourself a test e-mail on the E-mail Alert Settings?
Have you check the DNS settings of your NAS? Use 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 as DNS servers.
Consider updating the firmware to Beta FW v6.2.3 and it might help (FW v6.2.2 has the App uninstallation issue). Here is the link to the Beta FW v6.2.3: viewtopic.php?t=78866 - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserDo you use DHCP or a statically assigned IP address?
- kris_arkAspiranthello everyone
I set the DNS helped 8.8.8.8 and the device is working properly, it sends a mail and you can check the update, this small change, and runs all :D
IPv4 configuration I set to static and manually configured my network, I have disabled IPv6.
Is there a need to update the firmware to version v6.2.3 Beta, this software is in beta and may contain errors? Whether it is already proven and fully secure software?
Thank you very much :) - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredIf you don't need any of the improvements in the beta just yet there is no need to upgrade.
If you do wait for the production release just be sure not to uninstall any apps till after you have updated to 6.2.3 once that is released. - kris_arkAspirantI'll wait for the official version of the software, thank you for your help
