ReadyNAS Duo V2 no Internet Connection
I've Got a ReadyNAS Duo V2 which works fine for storage and backups, but the unit itself isn't connected to the internet at all, and I can't seem to be able to get it to connect. I've just installed the latest firmware and the issue is still the same.

Are the DNS and Gateway settings correct? - ollybowmanAspirantIt's got a static IP of 192.168.1.2
I have no idea what the DNS and Gateway settings should be. - F_L_TutorTry 192.168.1.1 as GW and 8.8.8.8 for DNS

There are some other choices - you might try pinging them, and pick the one with the shortest round trip time.

I know. It is just a quick way to test if it´s working.
Easy to change afterwards - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserI agree 8.8.8.8 is good to use for testing, and it is likely a reasonable choice for long-term use.
- ollybowmanAspirantThanks that's all working now.
