Did you just upgrade? There might be some activity that is still running in the background.

Try downloading them with RAIDar 6,4: https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar

I am trying to download via RADair. it has been 10min and still sitting at 0%.
I found this in the event viewer of the system that connects to the lun -

I have noticed that the act light is blinking rapidly so I unplugged the network to see if it made any difference. after 5 min no change to light.
it seems that the system is busy doing something? I also ran diagnostics in RADar and all was good.
Should I reboot the nas and try to download logs again?

I have no access now to the lun as a connection cannot be established with initiator and the network shares are timming out.

I am wondering if I can down grade the system so that I can at least be able to access the files again?

The release notes say you can downgrade back as far back as 6.9.0

Could do you please enable secure diagnostic mode and PM me 5 digit number? then I remote access to check the issue.
RAIDar Secure diagnostic
https://kb.netgear.com/27391/ReadyNAS-RAIDar-6-0
or enable secure diagnostic in NAS admin GUI =>System=>Settings=>Support

Can I download the 6.9.4 firmware and reinstall the system?
If so are there special steps to do so?
Thanks
