Service Notice 37344

It appears that two of our 3 ReadyNAS 3138's are affected by Service Notice 37344.

 

When I tried to send an email to service_notice_37344@netgear.com as per https://kb.netgear.com/000037344/Service-Note-for-RN3130-RN3138-WC7500-and-WC7600v2, the email gets bounced back saying "The group service_notice_37344 only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."

 

The serial numbers of our 3138's affected start "4HM3" & "4HM2" (can send full serial numbers in email or PM).

      How do you contact support? When I try via MyNETGEAR, it tells me telephone support has run out (90 days? Really?) and tell me to try here...

        Try using "replace my defective Netgear product".
