Service Notice 37344
It appears that two of our 3 ReadyNAS 3138's are affected by Service Notice 37344.
When I tried to send an email to service_notice_37344@netgear.
The serial numbers of our 3138's affected start "4HM3" & "4HM2" (can send full serial numbers in email or PM).

How do you contact support? When I try via MyNETGEAR, it tells me telephone support has run out (90 days? Really?) and tell me to try here...
