UK promotion - Claimed free disk but no response so far
Hi,
Sorry if a bit off topic, but anybody here successfully claimed the free disk as per UK promotion scheme? I bought a ReadyNas RND 2110 in August and submitted the claim form for a free 1T disk, the required invoice/barcode enclosed. No disk came within 1 month. Now I have sent two inquiry emails to ukpromotions@uk.netgear.com, but no one bother to respond to my emails.
Any suggestions? Or should I chase the retailer instead?

Please forward your email with 'uk promo, attn:chirpa' in the subject line. Make sure the email has your name,email,duo serial number in it.

I am also in the same situation, I bought a ReadyNas Duo 2tb and have waited over a month now since i claimed and have yet to hear any reesponse I have also tried emailing the netgear promotion email address twice and have yet to receive any reply.
Any help would be much appreciated

Sent two emails to the UK Propmtions email address with no response, other than an automated response both times advising me to email the UK Promotions email address - the exact one I just emailed!
Chirpa, I have sent an email to the address you provided today. - chirpaLuminaryI've sent your guys info off. So far what I have heard is that they have a back log on the HDDs, so once those arrive, the items will be shipped out.
I have asked management there to help with resources, to try and at least follow up with the emails you've sent in, and acknowledge receipt.
