Update to 6.4.0 made my hdds inactive

i updated to 6.4.1 yesterday and after a few hours my hdds was "inactive" and i lost ALL my data on them... 

 

(rn 104)

 

worst ever.. lost 5tb of stored data... 

 and the rn wont even rebot or shut down.. have to cut power to it to power down.. 

 

this nas is going in the garbage just for the rage of loosing 5tb of data.

    I'd contact support, they might be able to mount your data volume again.

        Make it very clear that the issue was caused by a 6.4.0 update.  If they want you to pay, try to escalate to L2 or L3.
