Restrited access, and no access to internet

When i connect home my new computer, it sees all the nearby wifi and i can connect with my wifi. When I get to the office as I open the computer, it sees the wifi and our netgear wifi. As I log to our wifi, after a time, it becomes limited or restrited, and then I have no longer access to internet. What can cause that it. After that, I do not see any other nearby wifi either.

a. Do you have a NETGEAR device at your home and at your office? If yes, what is the model and current firmware version of it?
b. Have you tried to update the software driver of your wireless LAN adapter on computer/s?
