WAX-620 and Cudy POE500 POE+ not compatible due to not detecting AT power source mode
I just ordered 2x Cudy POE500's which are 2.5Gbps POE+ 30W plug and play AF/AT via auto sensing. Through the Insight app the WAX-620 states:
"Radios are turned off as you are using AF power source mode. Please change the power source to AT"
A TP-Link gigabit POE+ injector I have does work but is AT mode only
I have 2x Netgear WAX-620's and both have this error with both Cudy POE500's.
Are the WAX-620's not autosensing and therefore require AT only POE injectors?

Re: WAX-620 and Cudy POE500 POE+ not compatible due to not detecting AT power source mode
Welcome to the community! 🙂

It is indicated on page 6 of the WAX620 data sheet here that IEEE802.3af is supported, however, approximately 60% of full throughput performance. I suggest that the 2x Cudy POE500 should be set to provide IEEE 802.3at only in order to get 100% full throughput performance of the WAX620.
