WBC502 5.8.4.3 Configuration in Progress for over an hour

Just tried applying firmware update 5.8.4.3 to WBC502 via Insight Cloud Portal and it's been sitting at Configuration in Progress for well over an hour.   Tried rebooting the device via Cloud Portal remotely but it didn't help.

Retry by cutting and reapplying the power. To bad these are not standard PoE[+[+]] devices so you could remote power reset at least the locally connected one.

I reapplied to firmware update but manually through the device directly.  This resolved the issue.
