I'm having router issues. Only the 5g band is visible to my home's devices. That's the least of my worries at the moment. I've been trying since yesterday to access my router via phone, computer, etc. Each time I get to the netgear genie reset screen with 2 security questions and it tells me my answers don't match what's listed for my router. I'm NOT computer savvy and this stuff iritates me more than anything, so any help would be appreciated.
