Circle 1st Gen not filtering websites

I was verifying website filtering of some sites on my child's laptop and noticed that sites are not actually filtered out. I use Circle 1st gen that came with my Netgear Orbi RBR20 router. Here is the setup I have:

Profile is Teen > Facebook 'Not Allowed' > Included custom filter of facebook(dot)com also 'Not Allowed'

However, I can still access the website from Google Chrome in the laptop. I added this laptop device from the profile I mentioned above. This same thing happens to Roblox which I also tried to block using the custom filter ("roblox(dot)com" Not Allowed).

I do see though in the History that the sites are on the Filtered list. Which is weird because I have actually accessed it and was able to browse through the sites.

Has anyone else experienced or noticed this?

Here are some details:

Circle 1st Gen app version: 2.1.10.1 (android mobile)

Circle firmware: 2.3.0.1

Router: NETGEAR Orbi RBR20

Router Firmware Version: V2.6.1.36
