NTP is not configurable. You can only set the time zone under ADVANCED > Security > Schedule.

You can enable ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Traffic Meter but it won't provide usage statistics for each device. You can view per-port statistics at Advanced > Show Statistics. All wireless traffic, however, is lumped together.
