Hello toujour

Have you tried a factory reset and check if its still stuck on noip.com? Hope to hear your feedback

Re: d3600

No, I not try a factory reset... Man Sad

I reinstall many firmware versions and work only 1.0.41

Do you think the factory reset resolve my problem or it is only a test ? At the moment I can't access on the router by remote manage (it doesn't work : I receive this image:

Re: d3600

Im not 100% sure a factory reset would fix the issue but its always a good place to start since it wipes out all settings and defaults to when you just took it out of the box so we can eliminate things that could be messed up in the settings.

Re: d3600

I have the SAME problem on D6000 with FW49.....I tried to the factory reset but this is not a solution. I must use www.noip.com I can't select the dyndns.org (I have paid for Dyn.com  !!!)

Re: d3600

Dyndns should still be a option in both the D6000 and D3600 you may want to redo the Firmware and try another browser or clear out your browser cache and cookies.  Let me know if that works or not.

Re: d3600

Hello toujour

The engineers had found a issue in the modem with the language settings do you have the modem set to Italian or English? try changing it to one or the other then go back and check to see if it will let you select DynDNS. let me know if that works

Hi DarrenM

I have tried another browser .. tried it on chrome , firefox and IE .. eventually gave up and placed in a TP LINK .. netgear local support responded 2 days later , and by then my client would have definitely kicked me out ..
