Netgear Genie error

I recently downloaded the Netgear Genie for the parental controls.  Prior to doing this I upgraded to the latest firmware.  I'm currently have a connection to the internet, obviously,  but GENIE says I don't have an internet connection (in the Parental Controls section)  and to connect to the internet with your NETGEAR router.

 

I currently on the NETGEAR SmartWizard site which indicates the router is working fine.

 

Any thoughts?

1. What is the model number of your device? Please make sure that it is included among the compatible devices listed on the link below.

2. If it is, try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).
