I have recently been able to sign into my OpenDNS account in the Parental Controls tab of NETGEAR Genie. It is only a fairly recent problem; last couple of weeks or so. I have an active OpenDNS account which I am able to configure as desired via the OpenDNS portal. But as I am unable to login to my account via NETGEAR Genie it is not receiving any data from my network and my desired OpenDNS parental controls are not being applied. I have tried deleting my previous OpenDNS account and creating a new on several times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled NETGEAR Genie seevral times. To no avail. I simply continue to receive the message "There was an error signing in, please make sure you're connected to the Internet and try again." I can assure you I am well and truly connected to the internet so have no connectivity issues.
