FVS336GV2 with the same connections WAN1 Download Slow Upload Fast, WAN2 Download Fast Upload Slow

I have a internet connection with 40 Mbps up and down.

I have tested the speed with a direct connection on my notebook and it's ok.

When i connect the firewall on the WAN 1 without any connection on WAN 2 the speed is 40 Mbps Upload and 7 Mbps in Download.

When i connect the firewall on the WAN 2 without any connection on WAN 1 the speed is 7 Mbps Upload and 40 Mbps in Download.

Why???

No load balancing is configured on firewall.

I have 3.1.1-08 Firmware Version but i tried 4.3.3-6 clean (without any configuration) and i have the same result...

Any suggestion?

a. Do you get a Public WAN IP Address registered on your FVS336Gv2?

b. Have you tried to perform a factory reset on your FVS336Gv2?
