I have a FVS336GV2. On our network I have two subnets 192.168.2.x, plugged into the LAN port. 192.168.1.x plugged into the DMZ port. How do I route all LAN traffic to WAN1 and all DMZ traffic to WAN2?
Thank you

Hi MZabel67,
Welcome to the community!
Here below are the steps of what I think might help:
a. Select Load Balancing on WAN Mode.
b. Configure Protocol Binding to allow any service on the 192.168.2.x network on WAN1 port.
c. Configure DMZ WAN Rules and select WAN2 port for the 192.168.1.x DMZ network.
Kindly check these articles below as reference guides:

Let me know if it works.

Re: Routing on FVS336GV2 two subnets one to each wan port
That should work. I'll have to wait until my client gets in today to see. What is the maximum throughput of the FVS336GV2 firewall? We have a 80 MB connection but after the firewall if goes down to 30 MB. I would like to get a MTU device that can handle at least 80MB thoughput if the FVS336GV2 can't.
Thanks.

Re: Routing on FVS336GV2 two subnets one to each wan port
Hi MZabel67,
The LAN-to-WAN throughput of the FVS336Gv2 is 60Mbps. Kindly check the FVS336Gv2 data sheet here.
WIth the scenario you have mentioned wherein the connection goes down to 30Mbps, is the modem where the FVS336Gv2 is connected, is it a modem-only device or a modem-router combination?

Re: Routing on FVS336GV2 two subnets one to each wan port
I believe its a cable modem only. When I connect directly to the cable modem, I get 80MBs. When I connect to a LAN port of the FVS336GV2 I get 30MBs. I dont have any fancy rules that would cause this. Also, I'm using firmware version 3.1.1-08. I tried going to the latest version but it would not import my backup. Do I need to upgrade to each version between 3.1.1-08 and the latest incrementally?

Re: Routing on FVS336GV2 two subnets one to each wan port
Hi Mzabel67,
On the web-GUI of the FVS336Gv2, click Monitoring then click Router Status. In the WAN Information section, is the WAN IP Address registered on both WAN 1 and WAN 2, are they both Public IP Addresses?
I think you may upgrade the firmware to the latest firmware version which is v4.3.3-6. Be reminded to perform a factory reset after successfully upgrading the firmware then reconfigure the device from scratch.
